Hans mastered his craft by one of the best pastry chefs in Germany. He has been serving the Lower Mainland for over 30 years.

We use only the very best quality ingredients in our cakes and pastries. Everything is made from scratch and no artificial color or preservatives are used. We can make an exception and use color for the outside of your cake if desired.
